An Introduction

From our products one can easily find out that quality means everything to our organization as each sample of the packed tomato paste and sauce, Canned Sardine Fillet is tested by us. We have excellent manufacturing, quality testing and packaging technologies due to which all the stages of work operations are carried out in a streamlined manner. Almost 6000 tons of tomato paste is manufactured by us each month that are then packed in air-tight packaging materials of 70g, 230g, 425g, 1kg, 5kg and allied quantities.

Production process takes place in-house under the supervision of experts who are skilled in this domain. They keep a track on incoming raw ingredients to ensure our products is of premium quality. Furthermore, quality tested at all the levels of the process, our products are then stored in clean and hygienic conditions. Proper temperature conditions are maintained to avoid growth of bacteria and moisture in our offered products. Additionally, we are supported by a reliable logistic facility which aids in timely and hassle free delivery of products. 

Quality Conformation Process

We develop sauces and pastes that comply with the Total Quality Management policy in the manufacturing and quality testing process. Our in-house quality agency is aided with advanced food testing machinery by using which our quality controllers test the quality of the manufactured tomato paste and sauce, Canned Sardine Fillet and ensure whether they are fit for consumption. Parameters like taste, color and composition are also tested for 100% quality assurance. 

Our Production Unit

Our production unit is aided with high tech food processing machinery in which our production experts process tomato into uniform paste. We make sure that the machinery is regularly sanitized so that germs, bacteria and other impurities do not adulterate the tomato quality. Moreover, we also give utmost importance towards the hygiene of our entire plant that includes the quality, storing and packaging divisions as well.
